Detailed Responsibilities

The Client Support Associate role focuses on delivering high-quality support to global clients, particularly in a SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide customer support to clients via email, chat, or ticketing systems

  • Handle and resolve support tickets using tools like Zendesk or similar platforms

  • Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction scores

  • Manage and track support KPIs such as response time and resolution time

  • Assist international clients, especially US-based users

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support / client support roles

  • Experience in SaaS-based environments preferred

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or ticket management tools

  • Ability to work in US time zone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

  • Strong English communication skills


Skills Required

  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing tools (Zendesk preferred)
