The Client Support Associate role focuses on delivering high-quality support to global clients, particularly in a SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide customer support to clients via email, chat, or ticketing systems
Handle and resolve support tickets using tools like Zendesk or similar platforms
Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Manage and track support KPIs such as response time and resolution time
Assist international clients, especially US-based users

Eligibility Criteria
