Detailed Responsibilities
Provide first and second line technical support to customers worldwide.
Act as the primary contact for customer support requests through telephone and ticketing systems such as JIRA.
Monitor and manage support queues and assign incoming issues appropriately.
Investigate and diagnose customer issues, replicate problems, and provide solutions.
Escalate complex issues to senior software engineers or development teams when required.
Document issues clearly and add them to the product backlog for prioritization.
Support the software patch and release process.
Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for customers.
Assist with customer implementations, system management, and product expansion tasks.
Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of support requests.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a degree in finance, business, economics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
Experience in application support or IT support roles is preferred.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA is beneficial.
Understanding of energy markets, finance, or commodity trading systems is desirable.
Good understanding of Windows platforms, online services, and IT infrastructure.
