Detailed Responsibilities
The Operations Associate role focuses on supporting student accommodation bookings and ensuring smooth communication between students and property managers.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform outbound sales activities to help students book accommodation for short-term or long-term stays.
Act as a bridge between property managers and students during the booking process.
Build strong relationships with students to ensure a smooth sales and booking experience.
Maintain a strong booking conversion rate and meet assigned targets.
Assist students with completing accommodation bookings and documentation.
Communicate regularly with assigned leads through WhatsApp, Email, and CRM tools.
Deliver excellent customer service while working as part of a high-performing team.
Achieve quarterly and yearly growth targets collectively with the team.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:
Graduate degree with minimum 60% academic score.
0–3 years of professional experience.
Prior experience in tele-sales, business development, or customer support will be an advantage.
Experience in industries such as real estate, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Understanding of the UK market geography and demographics will be a plus.
Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts (mandatory requirement).
