Detailed Responsibilities

The Operations Associate role focuses on supporting student accommodation bookings and ensuring smooth communication between students and property managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform outbound sales activities to help students book accommodation for short-term or long-term stays.

  • Act as a bridge between property managers and students during the booking process.

  • Build strong relationships with students to ensure a smooth sales and booking experience.

  • Maintain a strong booking conversion rate and meet assigned targets.

  • Assist students with completing accommodation bookings and documentation.

  • Communicate regularly with assigned leads through WhatsApp, Email, and CRM tools.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while working as part of a high-performing team.

  • Achieve quarterly and yearly growth targets collectively with the team.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate degree with minimum 60% academic score.

  • 0–3 years of professional experience.

  • Prior experience in tele-sales, business development, or customer support will be an advantage.

  • Experience in industries such as real estate, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

  • Understanding of the UK market geography and demographics will be a plus.

  • Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts (mandatory requirement).
