Detailed Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance and testing activities across desktop and web applications.

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using approved tools.

  • Work with product teams and analysts to understand requirements and define testable acceptance criteria.

  • Participate in peer reviews and maintain quality standards within the QA team.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects to support development teams in resolving issues.

  • Ensure quality processes are followed throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Prepare release documentation and support product release processes.

  • Provide feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science.

  • Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in software testing and QA automation.

  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of software testing across the full SDLC.

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior QA engineers.


Skills Required

  • Automation testing tools such as Playwright and Cypress

  • Software testing across full SDLC lifecycle

  • SQL scripting and database testing

  • Continuous Integration (CI) environments
