Detailed Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance and testing activities across desktop and web applications.
Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks using approved tools.
Work with product teams and analysts to understand requirements and define testable acceptance criteria.
Participate in peer reviews and maintain quality standards within the QA team.
Identify, document, and track software defects to support development teams in resolving issues.
Ensure quality processes are followed throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Prepare release documentation and support product release processes.
Provide feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science.
Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Strong understanding of software testing across the full SDLC.
Ability to mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
Skills Required
Automation testing tools such as Playwright and Cypress
Software testing across full SDLC lifecycle
SQL scripting and database testing
