Role Purpose
To provide effective technical and operational support, resolve client issues, and ensure all process activities meet SLA requirements with high accuracy.
Detailed Responsibilities
Perform asset servicing, including drawdowns, paydowns, and interest processing in Geneva.
Reconcile cash and position data across all funds daily using the DUCO platform.
Review exceptions from Geneva, including WSO accelerator and contract modifications.
Troubleshoot technical and accounting discrepancies in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Ensure all activities are processed, updated, and escalated correctly when exceptions occur.
Communicate regularly with Agents, Trustees, and internal teams for issue resolution.
Escalate unresolved breaks to the Manager and onshore team.
Participate in SOP creation, documentation, and internal training programs.
Support global projects, system integration tasks, and UAT activities.
Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related functions.
Strong understanding of Syndicated Bank Loans, Private Credit, and CLOs.
Experience using Geneva for Syndicated Bank Debt Module operations.
Knowledge of reconciliation tools such as DUCO or other recon platforms.
Strong MS Office proficiency, especially MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in international team environments.
