Detailed Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain continuous contact with candidates and provide timely updates.

  • Provide follow-up communication through the applicant tracking system.

  • Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.

  • Help ensure seamless coordination across interview schedules and candidate logistics.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
