Detailed Responsibilities
The Customer Service Specialist – Non Voice Process will handle customer support through chat and digital communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Handle customer queries through email, web chat, and online chat platforms.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Provide Hindi chat support when required.
Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer queries efficiently to improve service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:
Any UG or PG degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or Non Voice process.
Experience in email support or chat support processes preferred.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to read and write Hindi.
Basic knowledge of telecom processes preferred.
