Detailed Responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist – Non Voice Process will handle customer support through chat and digital communication channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handle customer queries through email, web chat, and online chat platforms.

  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Provide Hindi chat support when required.

  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently to improve service quality.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:

  • Any UG or PG degree.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or Non Voice process.

  • Experience in email support or chat support processes preferred.

  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Ability to read and write Hindi.

  • Basic knowledge of telecom processes preferred.
