Detailed Responsibilities

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales and distribution of company products within the assigned territory.

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling and regular market visits.

  • Manage and develop relationships with Redistribution Stockists (RS) and distributors.

  • Improve the company’s competitive position through better customer service and distribution strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the market and report insights to management.

  • Negotiate with redistribution stockists to increase business opportunities.

  • Monitor the performance of the RS and their sales teams and take corrective actions when required.

  • Plan and execute promotional activities within allocated budgets in consultation with supervisors.

  • Ensure effective sales planning and distribution management across the assigned territory.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Customer Service Officer role should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum full-time graduation in any discipline.

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Channel Sales or General Trade sales.

  • Experience handling distributors or redistribution stockists.
