Detailed Responsibilities

  • Support requests initiated by participant calls and inquiries related to payment operations and retirement plans.

  • Process various participant-level transactions such as withdrawals, rollovers, payroll contributions, and loan processing.

  • Provide support for Money Out transactions, including withdrawals, EFT verification, and payment corrections.

  • Manage loan processing tasks such as loan initiation, amortization schedules, repayments, and closures.

  • Perform cash receipt handling, remittance reconciliation, and financial accounting processes.

  • Monitor and reconcile daily deposit transactions and resolve discrepancies.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve queries.

  • Deliver voice support and ensure high-quality customer interaction.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and comply with company policies and regulations.

  • Research and respond to requests from business partners or client support teams with minimal response time.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 0 – 2 years of experience (1–3 years preferred).

  • Knowledge of retirement plans such as Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) schemes is beneficial.

  • Experience with 401(k) or 403(b) plan administration may be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide voice-based customer support.

  • Ability to handle operational processes such as payment operations, payroll administration, and financial transactions.
