Detailed Responsibilities

  • Provide top-quality customer support through calls, chats, and emails.

  • Follow standard operating procedures to deliver efficient solutions.

  • Understand customer needs and guide them through Slice features and services.

  • Troubleshoot issues by analyzing customer scenarios and identifying root causes.

  • Update internal knowledge bases and document technical issues accurately.

  • Share customer feedback, feature requests, and process suggestions with product teams.

  • Inform customers about new features and updates proactively.

  • Ensure complete resolution by following up on pending or escalated issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.


Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–5 years of experience (freshers with excellent communication can also apply).

  • Strong English & Hindi communication skills.

  • Ability to handle calls, chats, and emails.
