Role Purpose
The Associate – VKYC Support role is responsible for handling Video KYC verification processes for customers applying for SBI credit cards.
The role involves interacting with customers through video calls, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Detailed Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct Video KYC verification for customers as per the defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Interact directly with potential and existing customers via video calls for identity verification.
Ensure timely processing of VKYC cases and manage ageing inventory efficiently.
Follow strict adherence to KYC regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Coordinate closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders for case verification.
Verify and validate Officially Valid Documents (OVDs) during the KYC process.
Maintain accurate updates in systems and decisioning files for final case outcomes.
Respond promptly to customer queries, referrals, and internal communication emails.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance VKYC operations.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).
Ensure minimal customer complaints through accurate and timely processing.
