Detailed Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and support requests related to service desk operations.

  • Convert customer requests from various communication channels into ticketing system entries.

  • Provide first-level technical or operational support to resolve customer issues.

  • Track and manage service requests through internal ticketing tools.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.

  • Ensure timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in customer support or service desk roles.
