Detailed Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and support requests related to service desk operations.
Convert customer requests from various communication channels into ticketing system entries.
Provide first-level technical or operational support to resolve customer issues.
Track and manage service requests through internal ticketing tools.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.
Ensure timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Eligibility Criteria

0 – 2 years of experience in customer support or service desk roles.
