Detailed Responsibilities
The Analyst – Closing Support role focuses on assisting the mortgage closing team by performing important operational and quality control tasks before and after loan closing.
Key responsibilities include:
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in mortgage processing.
Generate accurate disclosures and closing documents while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Pre-balance Closing Disclosures (CD) by working with settlement agents and internal teams.
Coordinate with Loan Specialists, Closers, and Title Companies to ensure smooth loan processing.
Review loan files before closing to identify issues that could delay loan approval.
Escalate potential issues to relevant teams to ensure timely loan closing.
Assist with post-closing activities such as disbursement issues and supplemental wire requests.
Eligibility Criteria

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or related financial services roles.
