Detailed Responsibilities

As a WFH Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer interactions across voice/chat in a blended process. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer care and troubleshooting support.

  • Handling queries related to gadgets and basic technical issues.

  • Managing the electrical support process queue.

  • Ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining professionalism and clear communication in all interactions.

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2).

  • Must have gadget-related knowledge.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
