Source customers for tractor loans, car loans, CV loans, and vehicle finance
Build strong dealer and customer relationships
Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Ensure timely collections and follow-ups
Promote finance products effectively in field areas

Graduate (MBA preferred)
0–5 years experience in vehicle finance / sales / NBFC sector
Telugu language proficiency mandatory
Good negotiation and communication skills
