Detailed Responsibilities

As part of the US International Non-Voice Healthcare Process, your duties will include:

  • Completing release of information (ROI) requests.

  • Retrieving, scanning, and processing patient medical charts as per standards.

  • Ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

  • Performing quality checks for data accuracy and document handling.

  • Managing client requests via email, fax, and internal systems.

  • Supporting healthcare operations through accurate documentation.

  • Understanding EMR, EHR, HIPAA, authorization forms, and medical data flow.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Only Non-IT graduates (B.A, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BMS, etc.).

  • Freshers only — 2024 & 2025 passed-outs preferred.

  • Good communication and analytical skills.

  • Basic knowledge of:

    • EMR (Electronic Medical Records)

    • EHR (Electronic Health Records)

    • HIPAA regulations

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

  • Must carry 2 resumes + Aadhaar for walk-in.
