The Trust & Safety unit within Accenture Operations focuses on keeping online environments safe by evaluating and reviewing user-generated content according to client policies and quality standards. Moderators play a key role in ensuring user experiences are safe, compliant, and respectful.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Review, classify, and analyze user-generated content including text, images, audio, and video.

  • Investigate flagged content and apply client policies to determine compliance or violation.

  • Escalate complex cases and unresolved issues to senior teams.

  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards while handling sensitive or graphic material.

  • Continuously update knowledge on changing policies and content guidelines.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback.

  • Engage in well-being support and training programs to manage exposure to sensitive content.

  • Meet efficiency and quality targets established by operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.

  • Excellent command of English communication (verbal and written).

  • Ability to analyze content objectively, without bias.

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
