Detailed Responsibilities

  • Monitor transportation execution across global supply chain network.

  • Ensure timely pick-up of freight from vendors to Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FC) and onward movement to carrier hubs.

  • Facilitate smooth flow of information between carriers, hubs, warehouses, and internal teams.

  • Identify and resolve exceptions impacting operations or customer experience.

  • Use internal tools to analyze data, spot trends, and recommend process improvements.

  • Communicate findings, escalations, and recommendations verbally and in writing.

  • Operate in a 24×7 virtual work environment with real-time decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 10+2 (intermediate) or Bachelor’s degree.

  • 12–24 months of related work experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions like VLOOKUP).

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and meet operational SLAs.
