Detailed Responsibilities
As a Team Lead – INOPS, you will be responsible for:
People Leadership
Leading a team of associates and ensuring they are trained, motivated, and supported.
Monitoring attendance, performance, productivity, quality, and safety.
Conducting coaching, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions when required.
Preparing training & development plans for associates.
Operational Responsibility
Managing end-to-end operations for a large Amazon site.
Executing inbound & outbound workflows, coordinating order movement and material flow.
Ensuring orders are shipped on time and customer delivery promise is protected.
Leading routing decisions and adjusting routing solutions when needed.
Consolidating daily load plans and executing operational strategies.
Process Excellence
Conducting 4M & 5S audits daily to ensure operational discipline.
Continuously improving delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Ensuring Amazon SOPs are followed across teams and processes.
Participating in safety initiatives & addressing safety hazards proactively.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
Handling administrative duties and preparing reports.
Collaborating with external delivery partners & internal teams.
Supporting multiple fulfillment centers as required.
Standing in for Area Manager during their absence.
Managing both day & night shifts as per business needs.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
1–3 years of experience in process/people management or manufacturing/BPO/logistics environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-centric mindset.
Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and rotational shifts.
Good working knowledge of Excel and operational tools.
