Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of inbound operations associates.

  • Ensure timely receipt and processing of incoming products.

  • Monitor performance metrics related to accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.

  • Identify process bottlenecks and create action plans to resolve them.

  • Coach associates on operational standards and performance improvements.

  • Communicate daily work plans, expectations, and service levels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Safety, and Quality.

  • Support training and onboarding of new associates.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or fulfilment environment.

  • Proven track record of team leadership or supervisory roles.

  • Strong understanding of inbound processes and operational flows.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
