Detailed Responsibilities
Offering exceptional customer support via in-app live chat, phone, and email
Ensuring customers feel secure while using Revolut’s features
Representing the brand professionally across all communication channels
Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues
Taking ownership of customer cases and providing clear, simple explanations
Maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and empathy
Following internal processes to provide consistent, high-quality service
Supporting 24/7 operations (includes night/weekend shifts with compensation)
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree (provisional certificate accepted)
Minimum 18 months of customer service experience
Fluency in English (C1 level or above)
Excellent written & verbal communication
Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for customers
High attention to detail
Empathy and a passion for helping people
Self-motivation with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
