Detailed Responsibilities

  • Offering exceptional customer support via in-app live chat, phone, and email

  • Ensuring customers feel secure while using Revolut’s features

  • Representing the brand professionally across all communication channels

  • Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues

  • Taking ownership of customer cases and providing clear, simple explanations

  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and empathy

  • Following internal processes to provide consistent, high-quality service

  • Supporting 24/7 operations (includes night/weekend shifts with compensation)


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (provisional certificate accepted)

  • Minimum 18 months of customer service experience

  • Fluency in English (C1 level or above)

  • Excellent written & verbal communication

  • Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for customers

  • High attention to detail

  • Empathy and a passion for helping people

  • Self-motivation with a flexible, team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
