Detailed Responsibilities

As a Remote Ops Intern, you will support operational workflows for Dozee’s Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program, with responsibilities like:

  • Coordinating with assigned facilities in patient onboarding, monitoring, and compliance. 

  • Tracking patient consent and telehealth activities.

  • Monitoring vital data and ensuring billing readiness.

  • Escalating operational mismatches and data gaps to appropriate teams.

  • Collaborating with field clinical coordinators and remote operations teams.

  • Supporting administrative and operational tracking tools such as Excel or internal dashboards. 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degree in relevant field.

  • Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.

  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Sheets, Word). 

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and remote collaborators.
