Detailed Responsibilities
Data & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, or similar tools
Define and track key product metrics (adoption, retention, support load)
Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility
Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Legal
Ensure structured communication across departments
Drive clarity and remove operational bottlenecks
Launch Readiness & Coordination
Manage end-to-end product release process
Build launch checklists and release health reviews
Coordinate marketing, client communication, and sales readiness
Process Design & Continuous Improvement
Standardize workflows for planning, documentation, and reviews
Create scalable systems for roadmap visibility and KPI tracking
Improve feedback loops and internal efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps
Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency)
Experience working in tech environments
Ability to work autonomously in distributed teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
Excellent English communication skills
