Detailed Responsibilities
As an Operational Engineer I, your responsibilities will include:
Technical & Operational Support
Provide technical support for operations tools, systems, and workflows.
Troubleshoot operational issues and help escalate complex problems effectively.
Assist in the deployment and monitoring of operational environments.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor system and process dashboards, reporting anomalies or failures.
Generate operational metrics and assist in the continuous improvement of service delivery.
Documentation & Standards
Update operational documentation, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain knowledge base articles for internal teams and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve operational challenges.
Participate in team meetings and provide insights from operational data.
Automation & Tooling
Support automation initiatives to streamline daily operational tasks.
Suggest improvements and assist with tool configurations or enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0–2+ years of experience in technical support, software operations, or similar roles.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
