Detailed Responsibilities

  • Support US-based clients as a full-time Online Business Manager.

  • Handle eCommerce support tasks (Amazon Seller / Shopify).

  • Manage projects, workflows, and client deliverables.

  • Perform advanced Excel & MIS reporting.

  • Manage CRM, leads, and pipeline tracking.

  • Conduct online research, reporting, and documentation.

  • Assist with lead generation tasks.

  • Provide Executive Assistance — calendar management, inbox management, travel planning.

  • Work in US shift timings (EST / PST).

  • Participate in continuous upskilling programs.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience.

  • Strong English communication (written + spoken).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving capability and conflict-resolution experience.

  • Stability in career history preferred.

  • Highly self-driven, organized, and disciplined.

  • Must commit to a long-term association.
