Detailed Responsibilities
Support US-based clients as a full-time Online Business Manager.
Handle eCommerce support tasks (Amazon Seller / Shopify).
Manage projects, workflows, and client deliverables.
Perform advanced Excel & MIS reporting.
Manage CRM, leads, and pipeline tracking.
Conduct online research, reporting, and documentation.
Assist with lead generation tasks.
Provide Executive Assistance — calendar management, inbox management, travel planning.
Work in US shift timings (EST / PST).
Participate in continuous upskilling programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience.
Strong English communication (written + spoken).
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Strong problem-solving capability and conflict-resolution experience.
Stability in career history preferred.
Highly self-driven, organized, and disciplined.
Must commit to a long-term association.
