Detailed Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, tasks, and administration for global clients.
Coordinate projects, manage calendars, schedules, and communication workflows.
Use 20+ business tools including Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, Google Suite, etc.
Assist with research, documentation, reporting, inbox management, and event planning.
Act as a strategic execution partner for founders, CEOs, and leadership teams.
Ensure smooth operations across international time zones (US shift).
Provide structured updates, reports, and progress tracking to clients.
Manage both professional and personal tasks as required by clients.
Eligibility Criteria
3 to 8 years of experience in OBM, virtual assistance, client operations, PMO, or administrative management.
Strong experience working with international (US) clients.
Proficiency in project management and automation tools.
Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).
Ability to work US timings (EST/PST).
Comfortable handling multiple clients and parallel tasks.
