Detailed Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, tasks, and administration for global clients.

  • Coordinate projects, manage calendars, schedules, and communication workflows.

  • Use 20+ business tools including Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, Google Suite, etc.

  • Assist with research, documentation, reporting, inbox management, and event planning.

  • Act as a strategic execution partner for founders, CEOs, and leadership teams.

  • Ensure smooth operations across international time zones (US shift).

  • Provide structured updates, reports, and progress tracking to clients.

  • Manage both professional and personal tasks as required by clients.


Eligibility Criteria

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in OBM, virtual assistance, client operations, PMO, or administrative management.

  • Strong experience working with international (US) clients.

  • Proficiency in project management and automation tools.

  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).

  • Ability to work US timings (EST/PST).

  • Comfortable handling multiple clients and parallel tasks.

  • Must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.
