Detailed Responsibilities
As a Service Desk / Technical Support Representative, your responsibilities include:
Handling international customer calls and providing voice-based technical assistance.
Troubleshooting basic IT issues such as login problems, connectivity, application errors, and system support.

Providing excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
