This Listing Specialist role works with internal business teams and external sellers to integrate, enhance, and optimize product content across Amazon’s catalog.
Detailed Responsibilities
Integrate seller product content to Amazon’s platform using standard item creation templates.
Work with business teams across regions to align listing standards and resolve issues.
Correct and enhance existing product content that shows poor quality or performance.
Collaborate with sellers to understand requirements and optimize content submission.
Support onboarding teams with knowledge of complex listing integration tools and processes.
Promote process improvements and assist in developing tools to streamline listing workflows.
Ensure accurate and complete product data presentation to drive better conversion.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – required.
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience working with product content, data integration, or e-commerce operations.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external sellers.
