Detailed Responsibilities
Handling international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolving customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Maintaining service quality and following call handling guidelines.
Updating CRM systems with call notes and customer information.
Providing accurate solutions while maintaining professionalism.
Escalating complex issues to senior teams whenever required.
Meeting performance metrics like AHT, Quality, and CSAT.
Handling voice process operations in night shift environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in any International Voice Process is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only.
Should be ready for Work-From-Office in Hyderabad.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Good customer handling and problem-solving skills required.
Skills Required / Preferred Skills
Fluent English speaking skills.
Strong listening and customer interaction abilities.
Prior experience in international BPO voice processes.
Ability to handle pressure and customer escalations.
Good system navigation skills and typing speed.
Ability to work in rotational or night shifts.
Selection Process

Salary & Benefits
Expected Salary Range for Both Roles:
₹2.0 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (based on experience, communication skills, and process requirement)
