Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end migration from the existing platform to Customer.io

  • Migrate customer data, events, attributes, segments, and user profiles

  • Rebuild and validate email journeys, triggers, and campaigns

  • Ensure complete data accuracy post-migration, including events and deliverability checks

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and validate outputs

  • Provide final documentation and smooth handover upon project completion


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing automation

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Customer.io

  • Proven experience with platform migrations

  • Good understanding of APIs, events, webhooks, and data schemas

  • Experience migrating journeys, campaigns, and emails

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
