Detailed Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and maintain SOPs for risk and fraud operations.

  • Create clear, concise content for internal investigators and customer-facing communications.

  • Work closely with global stakeholders to understand content requirements.

  • Improve readability and usability of internal documents.

  • Troubleshoot content-related tool issues and report them to technical teams.

  • Assist in localization, formatting, and content consistency checks.

  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

  • Support team initiatives and perform ad-hoc content tasks as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, editing, or documentation.

  • Strong command of English (writing, grammar, proofreading).

  • Ability to manage content for multiple stakeholders and teams.

  • Experience producing structured content like SOPs or process documents.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
