Detailed Responsibilities
Develop, write, and maintain SOPs for risk and fraud operations.
Create clear, concise content for internal investigators and customer-facing communications.
Work closely with global stakeholders to understand content requirements.
Improve readability and usability of internal documents.
Troubleshoot content-related tool issues and report them to technical teams.
Assist in localization, formatting, and content consistency checks.
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
Support team initiatives and perform ad-hoc content tasks as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
2+ years of experience in content creation, editing, or documentation.
Strong command of English (writing, grammar, proofreading).
Ability to manage content for multiple stakeholders and teams.
Experience producing structured content like SOPs or process documents.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
