This role specifically supports Easy Ship sellers by monitoring metrics, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Employees work with cross-functional teams to streamline execution and improve overall seller experience.


Detailed Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operational metrics for assigned seller sites. 

  • Trigger operational support activities and audits for sites when needed.

  • Coordinate with field executives and sellers to ensure compliance and execution of processes. 

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations. 

  • Support inbound and outbound operations through voice and non-voice channels. 

  • Devise and update SOPs and propose process improvements. 

  • Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve seller experience. 

  • Be ready to work on weekends and in rotational shifts. 


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, engineering, statistics, or related technical field.

  • Proficiency in monitoring data and metrics. 

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders. 

  • Good communication and problem-solving ability. 

  • Willing to work weekends and shifts.

  • Excellent data monitoring and metric interpretation.
