Detailed Responsibilities

  • Design, review, and refine prompts and instructions for AI systems interacting with APIs and external tools.

  • Read and understand API/JSON schemas to ensure correct parameter usage.

  • Use basic SQL queries to validate data and support analysis.

  • Create, document, and maintain AI interaction policies and guidelines.

  • Develop workflow knowledge for tools such as Slack, PayPal, and similar platforms.

  • Apply safety and content filtering guidelines to ensure compliance.

  • Evaluate AI responses for reasoning quality, correctness, and policy adherence.

  • Support multilingual use cases across multiple locales.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and safety teams.

  • Document edge cases, rationales, and workflow improvements clearly.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3–6 years of experience in AI operations, content review, QA, product operations, policy, or technical support roles.

  • Strong API/JSON literacy and ability to interpret schemas.

  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.

  • Experience with prompt engineering or structured AI instruction writing.

  • Demonstrated policy drafting and application experience.

  • Familiarity with SaaS tool workflows such as Slack or PayPal.

  • Strong communication and critical reasoning skills.
