Detailed Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Bing Ads. 

  • Plan and implement strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.

  • Design and optimize high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign goals. 

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for consistent and effective messaging.

  • Monitor campaign performance and create detailed analytical reports with actionable insights. 

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversions. 

  • Track core advertising metrics (CPR, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) to guide strategy. 

  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking or execution issues swiftly.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience with managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Bing.

  • Strong understanding of paid media funnels and lead generation.

  • Ability to design and optimize landing pages for better performance.

  • Proficiency in tracking tools like Google Analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle remote work demands. 

  • Flexible schedule to work in US time zones when required. 


Skills Required / Preferred Skills

  • Paid campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Bing.

  • Data-driven decision making and performance analytics.

  • A/B testing and optimization skills.
