Detailed Responsibilities

According to the job details, as an SME – Migration – CMOD you will be responsible for: 

  • Leading and executing migration into IBM CMOD and CM systems.

  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of migration — planning, script development, testing, configuration, execution and reconciliation.

  • Ensuring the success criteria by completing the migration tasks. 

  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution. (Standard expectation)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience or strong knowledge in IBM Content Manager On Demand (CMOD) and IBM Content Manager (CM) technologies.

  • Familiarity with IBM Storage Protect.

  • Good knowledge of Linux and Windows administration, scripting, and automation.

  • Experience in configuring IBM products such as IBM DB2, IBM WebSphere, ECS Exposure. 

  • Understanding of agile methodologies and the full lifecycle of software delivery. 

  • Ability to analyse requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Skills Required / Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in IBM CMOD and IBM CM migration. 

  • Admin skills in Linux and Windows environments.

  • Knowledge of DB2, WebSphere, ECS Exposure.

  • Good scripting skills for automation and configuration.

  • Understanding of Agile delivery practices.

  • Nice to have: experience with OCR/Capture technologies (Kofax) and basic programming in Java or VB.Net.
