As a Payroll Specialist Lead – Japan, you will take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations, compliance, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration for the Japan region. This role focuses on improving payroll accuracy, operational excellence, and supporting the payroll team while ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.

You will be a true subject matter expert for the Japan payroll function — managing payroll processes, statutory filings, reconciliations, and operational KPIs. This role works within Remote’s global payroll team while adding regional expertise.
