🧠 About the Role

As a Mobility Specialist at Remote, you’ll work within the Onboarding and Mobility team to support global immigration compliance and mobility logistics. Your work will directly impact the experience of employees transitioning between countries by ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and efficient coordination of relocation and work permit processes. 

This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of flexible work by helping global teams thrive in a fully remote environment.


📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide immigration compliance guidance and support to clients. 
✔ Monitor and maintain Remote’s compliance with global immigration laws. 
✔ Establish and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
✔ Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications. 
✔ Handle escalations and provide practical solutions during complex cases. 
✔ Use case management systems to monitor status and manage documentation. 
✔ Serve as a point person for travel, sponsorship, and immigration-related matters.
✔ Proactively document processes and suggest improvements.
