Detailed Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst 1 – Ops, you will support operational excellence across Oracle Health by ensuring accuracy, communication flow, and compliance in day-to-day processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Validating invoices and ensuring customers receive accurate billing.

  • Coordinating with multiple internal teams to maintain data integrity.

  • Supporting operational processes related to project health and compliance.

  • Acting as the go-to person for issue resolution and follow-ups.

  • Handling multiple business processes such as:

    • Post-War

    • Invoice Review

    • Disputed Invoice Corrections

    • Milestone Process

    • Fusion HD Ticketing System

    • Client Complexity (Low–Medium)

    • Pre-War Process

    • Cost Exceptions

    • Monthly Financial Reporting

  • Maintaining strong communication and building business relationships.

  • Demonstrating high responsiveness, productivity, and the ability to work independently.

  • Ensuring operational accuracy and smooth execution of all assigned tasks.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers or experienced candidates with 0–2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Ability to manage operations with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel-based data analysis.

  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows quickly.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
