Detailed Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst 1 – Ops, you will support operational excellence across Oracle Health by ensuring accuracy, communication flow, and compliance in day-to-day processes. Responsibilities include:
Validating invoices and ensuring customers receive accurate billing.
Coordinating with multiple internal teams to maintain data integrity.
Supporting operational processes related to project health and compliance.
Acting as the go-to person for issue resolution and follow-ups.
Handling multiple business processes such as:
Post-War
Invoice Review
Disputed Invoice Corrections
Milestone Process
Fusion HD Ticketing System
Client Complexity (Low–Medium)
Pre-War Process
Cost Exceptions
Monthly Financial Reporting
Maintaining strong communication and building business relationships.
Demonstrating high responsiveness, productivity, and the ability to work independently.
Ensuring operational accuracy and smooth execution of all assigned tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or experienced candidates with 0–2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to manage operations with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel-based data analysis.
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows quickly.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
