🛠 Key Responsibilities

Monitor regional intelligence sources to identify abuse trends, risks, and sensitive events in the Indian market.
Review and escalate graphic, controversial, or offensive video content during Trust & Safety escalations.
Ensure policy enforcement guidelines are informed by local market and language expertise.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Public Policy, PR, and Vendor teams.
Support local product launches with market-specific and language-specific insights.
Triage threats, prepare risk assessments and action plans, and act as a key point of contact.
Assist in language detection, automation improvements, and policy quality enhancements.
Identify and vet external partners where required.

🎯 Eligibility / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in:
- Trust & Safety
- Policy enforcement
- Data analytics
- Cybersecurity
- Risk analysis or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineers.
Ability to communicate fluently in Bengali, Punjabi, or Marathi.
Strong investigative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
