🛠 Key Responsibilities

Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, audio, and videos
Apply platform-specific policies and guidelines accurately
Identify, investigate, and escalate complex content-related issues
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance of online content
Participate in continuous training programs and policy updates
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Engage professionally with sensitive and socially relevant content

🎯 Eligibility / Qualifications

Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
0–2 years of experience (BPO, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus)

Cultural awareness and familiarity with internet platforms
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
