📌 About the Team – Content Operations (Episodic)

This internship is part of the Content Operations → Episodic Team.

  • The Episodic Team works on structured content series (like web episodes, serial-style content).

  • They ensure creators publish content in a flow: Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3… with proper quality and consistency.

  • As an Intern – Creator Success, you will support the team with onboarding creators, checking their content, and tracking performance.

This is a great starting point if you want to work in:

🧑‍💻 Role: Intern – Creator Success (Onboarding & Management)

  • Role Type: Internship

You will act as the bridge between content creators and the internal content operations team, ensuring the episodic content program runs smoothly.

🎯 What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

1️⃣ Creator Pipeline Support

  • Help the team identify high-potential creators suitable for episodic content.

  • Support screening of creators based on defined criteria like niche, quality, consistency, and regional relevance.

  • Maintain and update a creator onboarding database — who is contacted, shortlisted, onboarded, etc.

2️⃣ Content Quality Assurance

  • Review episodic content created by onboarded creators.

  • Check if each episode:

    • Follows the guidelines (format, theme, storyline flow)

    • Meets production quality standards (audio, video, clarity)

    • Adheres to platform policies (no violations, no sensitive content)

  • Monitor content schedules and ensure episodes are delivered on time as per plan.

This is especially focused on TMMKH languages – Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi.

3️⃣ Performance Tracking

  • Collect weekly performance metrics like:

    • Views

    • Shares

    • Comments

    • Retention / watch duration

  • Prepare simple reports or presentations summarizing:

    • Which episodic content is performing well

    • Which creators are growing

    • What kind of content users are liking

This helps the team understand what works best.

4️⃣ Operational & Communication Support

  • Coordinate with creators on:

    • Delivery timelines

    • Feedback on content

    • Improvements required for future episodes

  • Assist with:

    • Documentation

    • Internal updates

    • Reporting tasks related to the episodic program

You help keep everything organized, smooth and on track.


👤 Who You Are (Eligibility & Skills)

🎓 Educational Background

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

    • Media

    • Communications

    • Business

    • Or a related field

(Freshers + up to 5 years of experience can apply.)

🌏 Cultural & Content Understanding

  • You understand what people like or dislike in regional content.

  • You have a good sense of:

    • Trends

    • Themes

    • What works with Marathi/Hindi audiences (TMMKH focus)

🎬 Passion & Interest

  • Strong interest in:
