💼 About the Role – Associate – Underwriting
SBI Card is hiring for the position of Associate – Underwriting in Gurugram, Haryana.
This role is responsible for manual credit decisioning of applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance with credit policies, and adherence to defined turnaround time (TAT).
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Perform manual credit decisioning of assigned applications accurately
Adhere strictly to credit and compliance guidelines
Maintain high decisioning accuracy as per agreed SLA to ensure portfolio quality
Complete application decisioning within defined turnaround time (TAT)
Rectify errors highlighted by the monitoring team in a timely manner
Maintain proper process documentation
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
📊 Measures of Success
Decisioning accuracy percentage
Daily productivity targets (throughput and TAT)
Process adherence as per defined MOU
🎓 Eligibility / Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Process-oriented mindset
Understanding of basic credit policy framework
Preferred Industry:
BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
