💼 About the Role – Associate – Screening

SBI Card is hiring for the role of Associate – Screening in Gurugram, Haryana.
This role plays a key part in fraud prevention, transaction screening, and regulatory compliance, ensuring timely and accurate decisioning while delivering a positive customer experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Fraud Prevention, Detection, Monitoring & Compliance:

  • Analyze applications and transactions to identify potential fraud patterns

  • Make informed decisions to approve or decline applications and block or unblock cards

  • Communicate with applicants/customers to understand transaction patterns and take appropriate action

  • Share observed fraud trends and fraud modus operandi with analytics teams and management

  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC and transaction monitoring regulations

  • Educate customers on fraud awareness and prevention

  • Handle suspected fraud alerts while maintaining a high standard of customer experience

Process Excellence:

  • Ensure accurate fraud alert decisioning for low to medium risk cases

  • Follow defined SOPs and customer contact policies consistently

📊 Measures of Success

  • Productivity (number of cases decisioned per day as per MOU)

  • Fraud decisioning accuracy

  • Fraud catch rate

  • False positive rate

  • Identification of fraud trends and process improvement opportunities

  • Process adherence as per defined MOU

🎓 Eligibility / Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute or university

  • Basic knowledge of fraud management, application sourcing, and transaction processing systems

  • Experience or understanding of documenting case facts

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good listening skills and decision-making ability

  • Process-oriented mindset

Preferred Industry:
Banking / Financial Services / E-Commerce / Fintech / Telecom / Insurance
