💼 About the Role – Associate – KYC

SBI Card is hiring Associate – KYC professionals in Gurugram, Haryana.
This role is responsible for handling KYC verification, document review, decisioning, and customer query resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining high accuracy and turnaround time.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Work on allocated KYC cases with high accuracy and timely production delivery

  • Perform timely decisioning for KYC renewals and address changes

  • Manage ageing inventory and ensure corrective action to avoid customer impact

  • Review KYC cases through emails, physical documents, internal deduplication, and CKYC downloads

  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC regulations and Officially Valid Documents (OVDs)

  • Resolve customer queries related to invalid or negative KYC documents

  • Classify address changes as major or minor as per defined policies

  • Update systems accurately with final KYC decisions

  • Meet benchmark productivity, accuracy, and TAT targets

  • Prioritize and close urgent customer and internal stakeholder emails

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements (communication templates, RCA, etc.)

  • Handle escalations, exceptional requests, and customer queries within TAT

  • Ensure near-zero customer complaints through accurate decisioning

  • Support COE audits and implement corrective measures

  • Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance adherence

📊 Measures of Success

  • Accuracy percentage

  • Process TAT (data management TAT, etc.)

  • Number of process automation or improvement opportunities identified

  • Process adherence as per MOU

🎓 Eligibility / Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Strong process and detail orientation

  • Good analytical ability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of KYC regulatory compliance framework

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Industry:
FSI (Financial Services Industry)
