💼 About the Role – Associate – Falcon

SBI Card is hiring for the role of Associate – Falcon in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
This role is part of the fraud prevention and risk management function, responsible for detecting, preventing, and monitoring fraudulent activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive customer experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Fraud Prevention, Detection & Compliance:

  • Analyze applications and transactions to identify potential fraud patterns

  • Make decisions to approve or decline applications and block or unblock cards

  • Communicate with customers to understand transaction patterns and make informed decisions

  • Share observed fraud trends and modus operandi with analytics teams and management

  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Educate customers on fraud awareness and prevention

Process Excellence:

  • Handle low to medium risk fraud alerts accurately

  • Follow defined SOPs and customer contact policies

  • Maintain documentation of case facts and decisions

📊 Measures of Success

  • Daily productivity (number of cases decisioned)

  • Accuracy in fraud decisioning

  • Fraud catch rate and false positive rate

  • Identification of fraud trends and process improvement opportunities

  • Process adherence as per defined MOU

🎓 Eligibility / Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute or university

  • Basic knowledge of fraud management and transaction processing systems

  • Experience or understanding of documenting case facts

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good listening skills and decision-making ability

  • Process-oriented mindset

Preferred Industry:
Banking / Financial Services / E-Commerce / Fintech / Telecom / Insurance
