💼 About the Role – Associate – VKYC, Support
SBI Card is hiring for the role of Associate – VKYC, Support at Gurugram & Chennai
This role involves handling Video KYC (VKYC) verification processes for potential and existing customers, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and internal policy guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Video KYC verification with customers as per defined SOPs
Execute VKYC cases accurately while managing ageing inventory
Ensure strict compliance with KYC regulations and officially valid documents (OVDs)
Coordinate with sales teams and internal stakeholders for case resolution
Update systems accurately with VKYC decisions
Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks
Handle urgent emails, escalations, and VKYC referrals
Identify process gaps and suggest improvement initiatives
Maintain minimal to zero customer or internal complaints
🎯 Measures of Success
High productivity and accuracy with policy adherence
Timely closure of VKYC cases within defined TAT
Identification of process automation and improvement opportunities
🎓 Eligibility / Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Basic understanding of KYC regulatory compliance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and analytical ability
Process-oriented mindset
Preferred Industry: Financial Services / Banking / Insurance (FSI)
