💼 About the Role

The Enterprise Security Specialist role is part of Netflix’s Enterprise Operations team and reports to the Regional Head of Enterprise Security – APAC.

This is a highly operational role with a strong focus on physical security operations at Netflix’s Hyderabad (Eyeline) office. The role also contributes to regional India and APAC security initiatives, including incident management and event security.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage physical security operations at the Hyderabad office

  • Oversee access control, visitor management, and guard force operations

  • Act as the primary security liaison for day-to-day site requirements

  • Implement and maintain global security SOPs and standards

  • Coordinate incident response and emergency management

  • Manage vendors, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance

  • Support high-profile visits and events

  • Assist with India-wide and APAC regional security initiatives

  • Maintain security records, reports, and operational metrics

🎯 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

  • Experience in corporate security operations, guard force management, or emergency response

  • Understanding of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, visitor systems)

  • Knowledge of local regulations and vendor ecosystem

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS Office tools

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP) are an added advantage

⏰ Shift / Work Schedule

  • Standard business hours with flexibility

  • After-hours availability required for urgent incidents or events

  • Remote working model, but on-site coordination in Hyderabad is essential
