Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Global Partnership Tools (GPT) organization in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this role, you will lead cross-disciplinary projects and programs that span multiple engineering teams, driving the roadmap, execution, prioritization, and delivery of tools that enhance global partnerships workflows and reporting.

As a TPM, you will work closely with engineering, product management, analytics, and partnership teams to plan requirements, mitigate delivery risks, and communicate progress with stakeholders across functions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, and Global Partnerships, to plan, prioritize, and deliver on the Global Partnership Tools roadmap.

  • Drive execution of programs by tracking progress, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

  • Prioritize product and engineering backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and dependencies.

  • Monitor and report on program performance, including key metrics and milestones.

  • Partner with Analytics and Reporting teams to define and track relevant dashboards and reporting frameworks.

  • Facilitate communication across distributed teams to ensure transparency, clarity, and technical alignment.

  • Influence product and technical decisions to improve tool capabilities, partner experience, and operational efficiency.

🎯 Eligibility / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1+ year of experience in program management, including managing software projects, tracking progress, and coordinating technical deliverables.

  • Experience with software development concepts, SQL, dashboards, and workflow/task management systems (e.g., TaskFlow).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced software development environments.

  • Understanding of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience influencing execution across engineering groups and operational partners.

Soft Skills:

💰 Salary & Compensation (Approximate)

  • 💼 Approx. ₹30 LPA – ₹45 LPA+ (Cost-to-Company) for mid-level Technical Program Managers.
