🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct transaction monitoring, AML investigations, and fraud reviews

  • Perform KYC / CDD / EDD reviews as per regulatory requirements

  • Analyze alerts related to sanctions screening and suspicious activities

  • Review complex customer/entity documentation and annual reports

  • Document investigative findings accurately and clearly

  • Identify fraud patterns and share insights with internal teams

  • Ensure strict adherence to AML regulations and internal SOPs

  • Support clients in regulatory compliance and risk mitigation activities

🎯 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Compliance Operations

  • Strong research and investigative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Understanding of US / Non-US AML regulations (preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / BA / BBM or equivalent from a recognized university

  • Flexibility is mandatory for client service projects
