🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main interface between Amazon and Delivery Partners

  • Handle delivery partner issues using internal Amazon tools

  • Investigate issues, analyze data, and take real-time operational decisions

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and partners

  • Manage escalations by following the defined escalation matrix
